Apartment Prenet - Kvilda

The fully equipped Prenet apartment is located in a modern building in the heart of Kvilda, yet tucked away in a quiet area on the edge of a meadow.

Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with children, you'll find everything you need. The apartment features two separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, and full Wi-Fi coverage. We've also provided board games, books about the Šumava region, and maps of the local area. Feel free to bring your bikes, skis, sleds, or bobsleds, which can be safely stored in our bike/ski room.

Parents with small children will appreciate the folding cot (with bedding), a stool for the bathroom, an immersion blender for preparing baby food, and even a foldable drying rack.

Children can enjoy the play corner in the dining room or have fun at the brand-new playground right next to the building. You can relax on the outdoor patio, sipping coffee and enjoying treats from the nearby pastry shop or bakery while keeping an eye on them.

After a long day of hiking, unwind in the evening at the wellness center, where you'll find a self-service sauna and a relaxation room.

Everything is ready for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest and, as they say, "recharge your batteries" :-).

Apartment Prenet - Zadov

A brand-new apartment with a balcony and stunning views is part of the building, situated right between the Šumava ski slopes, Kobyla and Churáňov. In the summer, you'll love the many hiking and biking trails just around the corner, and in winter, ski and cross-country trails are only a few meters away.

What can you expect inside? It's a fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment with a cozy sleeping loft with a lowered ceiling. In contrast, the main room boasts high ceilings, making it feel spacious and airy. There's also a large, covered balcony with outdoor seating. The apartment is perfect for couples but can comfortably accommodate three or four people.

You can either sleep on the comfortable sofa bed downstairs or climb into the cozy sleeping area upstairs. The entire space covers 40 square meters.

On the covered balcony, enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the wooded valley and surrounding hills. If you're an early riser, you can even watch the sunrise.

Bring along your bikes, skis, sleds, or bobsleds—they can be safely stored in our bike/ski room. Hiking trails run directly by the building, and in winter, you can simply step outside, put on your skis, and head down the slopes just a short distance from the house.
