Two apartments Prenet. Both in the heart of Šumava. One in Kvilda and the other in Zadov. Come and recharge energy from nature. We have enough for everyone here :-).
Apartment Prenet - Kvilda
The fully equipped Prenet apartment is located in a modern building in the heart of Kvilda, yet away in a quiet part on the edge of a meadow.
You will find everything you need in it, whether travelling alone, as a couple or with children. There are two separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, or a full wi-fi signal. We have also prepared board games, books about Šumava and maps of the surroundings. Take your bikes, skis, sledges or bobsleighs with you; you can hide them in our bike/ski room.
Parents with small children will undoubtedly appreciate the folding cot, including bed linen, a chair in the bathroom, a submersible mixer for slurry, or even a folding dryer.
Children can have fun in the children's corner in the dining room or on the brand-new playground right next to the building. You can watch them from the outdoor patio, sip coffee, or enjoy delicacies from a nearby patisserie or bakery.
After a challenging hike, you can visit the wellness centre with a self-service sauna and a relaxation room in the evening.
Simply everything is fully prepared for you to enjoy your stay with us as much as possible and as they say, "recharged your bateries" :-).
Apartment Prenet - Zadov
A new apartment with a balcony and a magical view is part of the building. It is located directly between the Šumava ski slopes Kobyla and Churáňov. You will appreciate the many hiking and biking trails just "around the corner" in summer. In winter, ski and cross-country trails a few meters from the house.
And what does the apartment look like? It is a fully equipped 1 + kk with a sleeping gallery with a lowered ceiling. On the other hand, the main room has a very high ceiling and is very spacious. There is a large covered balcony with outdoor seating. Are you two, three or four? Don't worry; you will come to us beautifully.
You can either sleep downstairs on a comfortable sofa bed or crawl into our large upstairs lair. All this on a total area of 40 square meters.
On the covered balcony, you can enjoy, for example, morning coffee and a breathtaking view of the wooded valley and the surrounding hills. And when you get up, you will see the sunrise.
Take your bikes, skis, sledges or bobsleighs with you; you can hide them in our bike shed/ski room. Hiking trails run directly around the building, and in winter, you just have to put on skis a short distance from the house and go down the piste.

If you are looking for a quiet place where you can fully relax and where everything that you need is just at the spot, you just found it.
Kvilda is a cosy mountain village at the back of beyond but where you get everything you need. You can enjoy touristic, cycling, inline skating, running in nature, or just exploring the beautiful surroundings during the whole year. In the morning you can go to a nearby bakery to get fresh cakes with good coffee and enjoy a beautiful view in the morning or sunset in the evening.

Sports
No matter if its spring, summer, autumn or winter. You can always do many sports at Kvilda and its close surroundings. You can find here many different cycling and touristic routes. During winter time there are cross country skiing routes going directly around our building.
Where to go
If you want just to walk around, you couldn find better place. And if you want to explore more the National Park Sumava, jsut do it. There is so much to do and to see!
