You can make your reservation by emailing ubytovani@penzion-kilian.cz. Both of our apartments allow children under 3 years old to stay for free. Pets are also welcome for a fee of 300 CZK per night, with a maximum charge of 900 CZK for the entire stay.

The fully equipped Prenet apartment is situated in a modern building in the heart of Kvilda, yet tucked away in a peaceful area on the edge of a meadow.
Whether you're traveling as a couple or with the whole family, you'll find everything you need. The apartment features two separate rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, satellite TV, and full Wi-Fi coverage. We've also provided board games, books about the Šumava region, and maps of the surrounding area. Feel free to bring your bikes, skis, or sleds, which can be stored in our bike/ski room.
Families with small children will appreciate the bathroom stool, immersion blender for preparing porridge, a Remoska oven, and even a foldable drying rack in case the weather doesn't cooperate.
Children can enjoy the play corner in the common room or have fun on the brand-new playground right next to the property. You can keep an eye on them from the outdoor patio while sipping coffee or enjoying treats from the nearby pastry shop or bakery.
After a long day of hiking, you can unwind at our wellness center, which features a self-service sauna and a relaxation room.
Everything is set up for you to fully enjoy your stay and, as they say, "recharge your batteries" :-).

Discover Šumava from the comfort of our brand-new apartment in Zadov. The apartment is perfectly situated between the two largest ski slopes in the area, Kobyla and Churanov. In the summer, you'll love the many hiking trails that start just behind the house.
What can you look forward to? A fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment with a large balcony, a fully stocked kitchenette, high ceilings, and a spacious loft sleeping area. The apartment is ideal for couples, but it can comfortably accommodate three or four people within its 40m² space.
You can sleep either on the very comfortable sofa bed downstairs or in the spacious loft (14m²) upstairs.
On the south-facing balcony, enjoy your morning coffee with stunning views of the wooded Zadov valley and surrounding hills as you soak up the sunshine.
Feel free to bring your bikes, skis, or sleds, which can be stored in our bike/ski room. Hiking trails are right next to the property, and in winter, you can easily slip on your skis and head straight down the slope just steps from the house.
